Terms of Service for Web Design and Development

The Web Solutions Team is funded by the Arts & Sciences (A&S) Dean's Office and is charged with providing web services to academic and administrative units within A&S, including consultation services to departmental web developers and third-party vendors.

Please submit a request for web development support. Project funding is based upon the criteria below. Requests for service are prioritized by the Dean's Office and supplemental support and/or matching funding may be provided by the Dean's Office.

First Tier

Work is ongoing, performed at no additional charge

Arts & Sciences and Trinity College
Dean's Office

Second Tier

Work is by unit, no additional charge unless individual service caps are surpassed

Units offering undergraduate courses and appointing regular rank faculty

Third Tier

Based on Dean's Office priorities; may be subject to a charge of up to $70/hour

Non-A&S units supporting A&S faculty or students

General

Team members may be available for questions and one-on-one consultation by appointment; may be subject to a charge of up to $70/hour
