From the spring 2008 application deadline and forward, Duke University will serve as the admitting institution for all non-Duke/Emory/Cornell students wishing to study with EDUCO in Paris. These non-consortium students will not be allowed to participate in the Duke exchange with Sciences Po, but will be regular, participating students in the EDUCO consortium agreements with Paris 1, 4, and 7. The final transcript of grades for non-consortium students will be issued by Duke University. All applicants will be considered without regard to race, color, national or ethnic origin, handicap, sexual orientation or preference, gender or age. All applicants must have completed at least one French course at the advanced level (Duke 100 level or above/5th semester) or have equivalent proficiency. Priority will be given to juniors and students having an overall GPA of 3.0 and an average grade of B+ in French. Full-year applicants also receive priority.
