Synopsis of course content
A group lesson in which students play assigned pieces for each other and the
instructor. During the class period, the instructor works with each student
individually while the others contribute comments and learn how to listen
critically. Assigned pieces will include duets with other members of the class.
Textbooks
Purchase of some music may be required by the instructor.
Additional Information
Four sections of class piano are offered. Beginners are welcome as well as
people who have had some lessons previously. In order to allow for weekly
individual attention from the instructor, enrollment will be limited to 5.
Please note that a supplemental fee is charged for group applied lessons.
