Synopsis of course content
1. Introduction to Probability; basic mathematical foundation; practical application.
2. Introduction to statistics; distribution theory; inference; standard normal theory problems; estimation and interval hypothesis testing. Classical & Bayesian methods.
3. Introduction to the general linear model; formulate, estimate, predict. Emphasis on conceptual understanding and practical application of theory.
