Transcripts

Submit official transcripts from all institutions you have attended since high school.  Transcripts can be mailed directly to: OUSF, Duke University , Smith Warehouse, Box 90756 , Durham NC 27708 . If you have official transcripts in your possession, you may submit those with your Fulbright Application instead of requesting new copies be sent by your institution. 

It is very important that you request transcripts early in the application process as it often takes several days (and sometimes weeks if there are errors on them that need correction) for institutions to process and fulfill requests.

Reminder: The Duke University Registrar's Office is now located in Bay 9 of Smith Warehouse (one bay over from OUSF.)
