Lee Willard serves as Senior Associate Dean for Academic Planning, Trinity College of Arts and Sciences, Duke University. Her main areas of responsibility include academic planning, programmatic development, and institutional proposal development for Trinity College, Duke’s undergraduate liberal arts college.

Dr. Willard holds a BA magna cum laude from Agnes Scott College and a Ph.D. in Classics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She held a postdoctoral fellowship at the William Andrews Clark Library, UCLA and is an alumna of Harvard University’s Management Development Program.

In addition to consulting for a variety of colleges and universities, she serves on the national advisory boards of Project Kaleidoscope (Washington, DC) and the Reinvention Center (Stony Brook, NY).
