Microsoft Platforms
- McAfee VirusScan 4.51 with SP1 for Windows NT/2000 and Windows 9x (Note: Service Pack 1 will install from ASC's standard AutoUpgrade procedure)
- McAfee scan Engine 4.2.60 (Note: new engine update with DAT > 4272)
- McAfee DAT files v. 4.0.4307
In order to check the version of your McAfee product, double click on the magnifying glass in the system tray or click on:
- Start
- Programs
- Network Associates or McAfee VirusScan
This will bring up the VirusScan Console. From there click Help, then below that About.
You should see a window similar to this:
