Over two-thirds of Arts & Sciences classrooms have permanent multimedia equipment installations. A&S provides maintenance, training, and just-in-time technical assistance for the equipment in these classrooms. Portable equipment may be reserved for use in rooms without a permanent installation.

A&S supports several special classroom technologies including web and video conferencing, The Link, Lectopia classroom recording, and personal response systems for classroom polling. A&S also maintains three Interactive Computer Classrooms (ICCs) or classrooms with student workstations, instructor consoles, class-specific software installation, and specialized multimedia equipment. These rooms are scheduled through an independent application process.
